Throughout his years of speaking experience, Denzel has trained more than 15,000 individuals from all walks of life throughout Malaysia and internationally – Malaysia, China, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei and Vietnam.
For 7 years, he has been actively involved in sales management and monitoring functions. Through his sales coaching and guidance, he transformed non-performing branch, with never-achievement of sales target, of a large Sales Organization with nationwide branch networks to be performing branch and achieved annual sales target. At the peak, the sales force achieved 130% of the set target through his persistent and consistent training, coaching and motivation. His success was recorded by one sales staff who achieved the ranking of National Top Sales within the Sales Organization.
At the height of his career, Denzel was a Vice President involved in coaching & mentoring the professional growth & development of sales force in the functions of sales motivation, sales training and skills development.
Denzel has diverse speaking experience and appearance.
