What is this workshop about?

This course aims to help the participants to rise up to the challenges and become "tougher", the sales people must equip themselves with a tougher emotion and mentality, successful selling strategies and superb inner power to break-thru’ the barriers that are preventing them to achieve their sales targets and results.

Learning Methodology

Throughout the entire duration of the program, the sessions will be equipped with practical, experiential, fun and objective-focused games and activities to ensure participants receive maximum benefits through sharing of ideas and work experience. Besides, there are simulations and role-plays that highlight real life sales scenarios for better application and appreciation of sales techniques learned.

Module 1: Selling and salesmanship

What are salesmanship and selling; The difference between them; Differentiating between direct marketing, advertising, telemarketing, brand recognition and customer feedback.

Module 2: Understanding how people buy

Reading your customer before you start selling; Analyzing the buying influence of your customer; Levels of benefit to the customer.

Module 3: Approaching the customer

Types of sales endeavour – individual & corporation; Strategies to attract customers to you; The three appeals of customer buying decision.

Module 4: Presentation and handling objection

Feature, Advantage, Benefit and the forgotten rule; Identifying the reasons for the objection; Proven effective method to handle objections; Most common sales objections and how to handle them; 186 powerful words for selling.

Module 5: Ensuring high successful closing rate

The basic motives that drive a customer to buy; What people really want when it comes to purchase; People buy because of the "3 Wants…"

Trainer Profile

Denzel has carried with him more than 13 years of professional training and business presentation experience. Throughout his years of speaking experience, Denzel has trained more than 15,000 individuals from all walks of life throughout Malaysia and internationally – Malaysia, China, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei and Vietnam.

For 7 years, he has been actively involved in sales management and monitoring functions. Through his sales coaching and guidance, he transformed non-performing branch, with never-achievement of sales target, of a large Sales Organization with nationwide branch networks to be performing branch and achieved annual sales target. At the peak, the sales force achieved 130% of the set target through his persistent and consistent training, coaching and motivation. His success was recorded by one sales staff who achieved the ranking of National Top Sales within the Sales Organization.

At the height of his career, Denzel was a Vice President involved in coaching & mentoring the professional growth & development of sales force in the functions of sales motivation, sales training and skills development.

Denzel has diverse speaking experience and appearance. He has appeared hundreds of times on the speaking platforms and addressed various audiences consisting of Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers, General Managers, Senior Managers, Managers, Bankers, Supervisors, Executives, Salespeople, Unit Trust and Insurance Agents, Clerks, Secretaries and Technicians.

Being trilingual in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia he can confidently and effectively present his ideas to his audiences with lots of enthusiasm and dynamism. His command of languages and interactive approaches to training is an added value towards the achievements of training objectives.
